Teaching Teachers
Art, Artists & YouDuring the creation of our program-based exhibit "Art, Artists & You" at the Children's Museum of Manhattan, I manifested the teaching pedagogy and approaches for the educators who taught in this space. These teaching approaches were translated through various professional development workshops and on site mentoring.

Let's Dance!"Let's Dance!," an immersive exhibit at the Children's Museum of Manhattan exposed children to various styles of dance through movement, props, words and pictures, costumes, instruments and a huge video dance portal! I developed the curriculum that educators followed when facilitating programs in the exhibit. This curriculum was translated through professional development workshops and on site mentoring.

Lesson Plan ReviewAt the Children's Museum of Manhattan, I managed Lead Facilitators in Early Childhood, Lead Facilitators in Visual Art, and a Lead Facilitator in Food and Cooking. These facilitators were the primary educators, and were assisted by Experience Facilitators. Based on my submission and review process, Lead Facilitators wrote and revised lessons for daily and holiday programs.
